Dear parents,

I`m sure you are very excited about your children going to college to further their studies. And of course, studying in colleges or universities requires some fees. When there is a loan, there will be loan documentation such as loan agreement between the college and student and guarantor or between students and financial institutions like PTPN , to be executed. This is where you need a Commissioner for Oaths to be a witness.

Under Money Laundering Act , I am allowed to witness loan documentation WHICH follows the format that has been provided by the Act.

To guide you further as there are many questions and issues arise when I declined to affirm your loan documents, here is a list of reasons why I have to DECLINE your documents:

1) The deponents or the person mentioned in the documents especially the students, guarantor or parents are ABSENT; there is no such thing as representative.

2) The loan documentation is without proper JURAT.

3) You failed to produce your identification documentation such as identity cards or passport.

4) You don`t understand what are you about to execute/sign.

Now I feel pity for parents who came a long way from Bangi and Kuala Lumpur looking for me as it seems I`m the only one who is available on Saturday. But the law is the law.
